Project Description

This commercial roofing project consisted of a two-ply modified bitumen roof system with a 180G SBS base sheet hot-applied in asphalt bitumen and a torch applied grey 250G SBS cap sheet. A substantial amount of new drains were installed in the new system as the previous flat roof had inadequate drainage. The locations of the new drain installations were determined by areas of ponding water once the base sheet was installed.
